You will receive a confirmation email after booking your room(s). You may also call us directly at (831) 426-2899 to verify that we have received your reservation.
There are several ways you can cancel or modify your reservation. In your confirmation email, there is a button that says "Modify/Cancel Reservation", click on the button and then follow the instructions to locate your reservation. You may also go to our homepage and scroll to the bottom until you see the "Modify/Cancel" button. To make a group reservation, click on the "+" sign that is located between the dates and Search button. There you may select the number of rooms you'd like to book and the number of persons (adults and children) that will be staying in each room.

Yes. We ask for a $200 deposit. This is authorized on the card on file, up to 3 days before arrival.
We release the deposit on the day of check-out, after thorough inspection of the room. It takes any where between 10 to 14 working days to be reflected back on your card/bank statement.
No. Riverside Inn & Suites is not pet friendly. Only service animals allowed.
No, we do not have any cots or roll-away beds.
No. None of our kitchenettes come furnished with cookware or utensils. We welcome guests to bring their own.
Yes. We have free on-site parking. Please note, we have only one parking space available per unit/room. All suites are considered 1 unit/room.
No, we do not have continental breakfast but we have Keurig makers in all our rooms to get your morning started.
